A Mobile App User research & UI Design Project Showcase, for a drywall contracting company that specializes in drywall repair services.

Drywall Surgeon LLC is a fully insured drywall contracting company that specializes in drywall repair services. They provide services throughout all of central Iowa and surrounding areas.

Problem Statement

The Drywall Surgeon approached us for design services. They wanted to build a digital solution that allowed their customers to locate a nearby reliable and affordable dry wall service contractor hassle free. The solution would also act as a platform to build a network of dry wall service contractors in Iowa state while leveraging data analytics and customer feedback and review mechanisms to assess effectiveness and efficiency of service provided.

User Research & Persona Building

We followed the Design Thinking approach starting with in-depth user research and created user persona to collate the learnings from the research. We conceptualized the app flow by building low to high fidelity wireframes which were further translated into UI designs created in Adobe XD and Photoshop.
